Deepdesk is Anywhere365®’s fourth acquisition together with software growth private equity investor, Bregal Milestone.

Anywhere365®, a global leader in Enterprise Dialogue Management software and a pioneer in customer service technology, today announced the acquisition of Deepdesk BV, a leading provider of AI Assistant technology. Through its solution Deepdesk AIx, it helps enterprises enhance their customer experience and communications capabilities through the use of both proprietary AI models and generative AI (“GenAI”). This strategic move further strengthens Anywhere365’s position in the market by integrating Deepdesk’s cutting-edge Intelligent AI Assistant technology.

Deepdesk’s AIx platform provides a GenAI tool for chat, email, and voice interactions. It empowers customer support agents with real-time knowledge during conversations. The acquisition accelerates Anywhere365’s journey toward AI-driven excellence in omnichannel communications. Anywhere365 aims to revolutionize customer experience across industries, leveraging the power of AI to solve complex challenges.
