Bregal Milestone Exits Investment in Basware

Bregal Milestone exited its investment in the leading global procure-to-pay SaaS business Basware, representing the firm’s second successful exit of 2020.

The transaction closed on 23 November. Bregal Milestone was advised by Deloitte in connection with the transaction.
