Bregal Milestone renews partnership with Spread a Smile

We are thrilled to announce the renewal of our financial commitment and volunteer efforts with Spread a Smile for 2024-2025.

Spread a Smile brings joy and laughter to seriously ill children in NHS hospitals and hospices across the country. Last year, our grant provided nearly 1,400 children with a bedside visit from one of Spread a Smile’s entertainers in the hospital.

"A heartfelt thank you to Lucy Jackson and her inspiring team for their devotion to supporting seriously and terminally ill children and adolescents with therapeutic support that makes a real and positive difference in treatment."
