Susy Xu Promoted to Vice President in Bregal Milestone's Annual Promotions

London, UK – January 7, 2024 - Bregal Milestone(“Milestone”) is proud to announce the promotion of Susy Xu to Vice President within our investment team.

Before joining Milestone in 2022, Susy was an Investment Banking executive at Morgan Stanley in London, where she advised companies and executed a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions. Before that, Susy worked at Stout, a financial advisory firm, where she performed business valuation and transaction analyses. Susy started her career in Public Accounting at EY in Chicago. Susy received her MBA from IESE Business School and her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honors from the University of Southern California.

Since joining Milestone, Susy contributed to a broad range of investment activities. A recent highlight was our successful 2024 investment in Allshares, where Susy is part of a Milestone team spearheading the creation of a European compensation software leader based in the Nordics.
